I am leasing out the upper floor of my main mall shop by splitting it into two sections to allow for more people to have access to a shop in the main mall. The area is a 5x10 with a pillar in one corner. The walls, ceiling, and floor are to be left as they are as they are a part of the overall design of the shop itself, but the use of the space as a shop is solely dependent upon how the winner chooses to use it. This space is for a single person and not to be shared.
